To order

Your order will be delivered by DPD. However, we will round off the shipping costs for you, so you will not have to pay high costs. So you pay €6.95 shipping costs per order and you know where you stand. For orders under €10 we charge €3.95 shipping costs.

We strive for it; Ordered before 9:30 PM will be delivered the next day. You can track your order with Track & Trace. This means you always know where your package is and when you can expect it.

Complaint handling

It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our products and/or services. We would like to help you further and offer you a desired solution. It is best to email or call: contact@city-play.eu or 085-1117995.

Our employees from the complaints department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint as soon as possible to everyone's satisfaction. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.

We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you of this. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of the Webshop Keurmerk Foundation, of which we are affiliated.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

The product can only be returned, if possible, unused and in the original packaging.

We will credit the amount within 14 days. You can also use the model form that is added to the general terms and conditions.

  

Customization

Do you have a company, project or event for which you want to make a play mat? Perhaps for promotion or as a gift to employees. We are happy to help you.

Our illustrators can work with you to create a unique and realistic design with specific details incorporated. After this we can supply the play mat from 50 copies, the more play mats the cheaper of course.

  • I call customer service but I don't get an answer, what now?

    How annoying to hear. Perhaps you can call again or send an email. We will respond to this as soon as possible.

  • I have sent an email but have not yet received a response, what now?

    How annoying to hear. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If you do not hear a response after 48 hours, you can contact our customer service by telephone.

  • Do you have social media?

    Yes, you can find our social media pages at the bottom of the webshop.

  • Can I have a play mat designed myself?

    What a nice idea. We are certainly open to this. Please contact our customer service and one of our employees will contact you as soon as possible.

  • When will our “city”/“place” play mat be released?

    How nice that you think about this. We are busy developing new play mats. Send us an email with your question and we will keep you informed about the new play mats to be developed.

  • I would like to do business with you? Business to Business is that possible?

    How nice to hear. We are certainly open to this. Contact our customer service and they will ensure that you will be called by our sales department as soon as possible.
